Welcome to the complete renovation of this impressive home in Del Duque! We are excited to present this project that has transformed the whole first floor, offering a space that combines functionality, style, and comfort.

The ground floor of this townhouse had a small enclosed kitchen and two rooms with little light. We aimed to create an open-plan lounge and kitchen area and connect it to an external terrace. To achieve this, we extended part of the external wall and installed new sliding glass patio doors. Inside, we also knocked down some walls to create a kitchen open to the living room, making the most of the space and encouraging interaction between the living areas.

In addition to installing a modern kitchen with large cabinets, we have renovated the entire home. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms and common spaces, every detail has been designed to create a harmonious and welcoming environment.

The most challenging work was a swimming pool, which had to be dug by hand, which slightly delayed finishing all renovation.

In the bedrooms, we have maximized storage space with bespoke fitted wardrobes that offer both functionality and elegance. The bathrooms have been renovated with high-quality materials and modern accessories, creating an oasis of relaxation and well-being.
